February soup
- 1 and a half cups Pardina Lentils
- 1/2 cup Chickpeas
- 1/2 cup Kidney beans
- 1/2 cup Pinto beans
- 1 cup diced celery stick
- 1 medium leek
- 1 large Zucchini
- 1 cup diced celery root
- 2 cups diced carrot
- 3 cup diced onion
- 1/2 Kidney beans
- A hand full of fresh tarragon
- 3 L of Pauls chicken stock
- 1.5 litres of water
- 1 tablespoon of Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of ground sage
- 1 tablespoon herb province
