February soup




  • 1 and a half cups Pardina Lentils
  • 1/2 cup Chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup Kidney beans 
  • 1/2 cup Pinto beans 
  • 1 cup diced celery stick
  • 1 medium leek 
  • 1 large Zucchini 
  •  1 cup diced celery root
  • 2 cups diced carrot 
  • 3 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 Kidney beans
  • A hand full of fresh tarragon 
  • 3 L of Pauls chicken stock
  • 1.5 litres of water 
  • 1 tablespoon of Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of ground sage
  • 1 tablespoon herb province 


Mix all ingreadiants in 10 L pot and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
